Inside Sales & Networking Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Networking Representative. This role combines inside sales, event support, and community outreach. You’ll be working directly with realtors, brokers, vendors, and business professionals via phone, Zoom, and in-person networking.

Your focus will be:

• Selling advertising and partnership opportunities in a professional publication serving the real estate industry.
• Building strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and vendors.
• Generating leads and referrals for our estate sale and auction divisions.
• Supporting local networking events, mixers, and community gatherings.

• Make outbound calls and host Zoom meetings with prospective partners.
• Prospect, present, and close new advertising sales.
• Attend and support networking events to expand community relationships.
• Collaborate with our estate sales and auction teams to cross-promote services.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly.

• Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, event planning, or community relations preferred.
• Comfortable with phone sales, Zoom meetings, and face-to-face networking.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Must be able to work from our Ferndale, MI office.

• Base salary + uncapped commission structure.
