Aboutthe Role
Our Ferndale and Bellingham clubhouses are actively seeking a part-time Teen Coordinator that is available Monday through Friday (approx. 25-29 hrs/week). This position is responsible for managing the delivery of a broad range of youth development programs for teens (grades 6-12), which increase participation in an outcome-driven Club experience. The Teen Coordinator is responsible for leading the daily program to ensure quality targeted programming and priority outcomes.
This includes accountability for member recruitment/enrollment and program management, supervision and training of program staff, family involvement, and ensuring that members are provided with programming that promotes physical activity, pro-social engagement, community service, career and academic development as well as healthy lifestyles.

Pay Range
: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Salary
: $20.00 per hour
