As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care, team development, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
- Build strong patient relationships and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply orders, and compliance.
- Collaborate with regional operations to address employee and patient concerns and align with regional goals.
- Foster a culture of growth, reward leaders, and embody company values.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. - Minimum one year of healthcare, business, or military management experience; renal experience acceptable.
- Current RN license required if state requires; CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days).
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary range: $86,000 – $136,000 per year (Facility Administrator I: $86,000 – $108,000).
