DaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). You will be a front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, focused on patient care, team leadership and operational performance. Health care experience is not required.

• Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical goals.
• Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through goal setting and quality initiatives.
• Operate during clinic hours with autonomy and support from leadership to run your facility.
• Develop, mentor and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
• Manage clinic operations, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to address employee and patient concerns to align with regional goals and standards.
• Collaborate with regional operations leadership to drive performance and improvements.

• Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by leadership.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required (or obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
• Collaborative skills to work with clinical and financial teams daily.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
