We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team! Here at Ancon we provide industrial cleaning and other services to customers, such as refineries and power plants. We are seeking a Supervisor for the team, to lead job crews. Our Supervisors ensure that jobs are done right, promote safety, and lead teams.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, including but not limited to running job crews
• 2+ years of industry‑related experience (i.e. industrial cleaning services, hazardous waste clean‑up, remediation services)
• Working knowledge of safety and other regulatory standards, such as OSHA regulations
• Understanding and experience with Hydroblasting, Tank Cleaning, and Vacuum Truck operations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including the outdoors, heights, and confined spaces
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in high‑pressure situations
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to pass the pre‑employment steps of a background check, drug test, and physical fitness test
• TWIC card preferred (not required)
