• Deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience for every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor performance during the shift and take action to maintain McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
