Shift Manager
Pay range: $19.75-$25.50 an hour for certified managers.
DescriptionThis job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer, responsible for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in hiring, firing or staffing.

RequirementsManagers lead shifts every week; a Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The role involves planning, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older.
