The Sales Support Specialist works closely with all departments facilitating outstanding service and is a hub of activity. This position plays a pivotal role between customers, consumers, our sales team and supply chain organizations.
* This is not a remote position*

• Entry of inbound orders.
• Identification and resolution of order issues such as pricing, pallet and truck builds, out of stocks and lead times.
• Entry of sample forms from sales and marketing teams.
• Communication of sample details to sales and marketing.
• Identification, coding and reconciliation of deduction paperwork.
• Identification and coding of compliance related deductions including review and communication with team.
• Respond to assigned inbound electronic and physical mail contacts as appropriate and update tracking system.
• Live, real-time response to inbound phone contacts.
• Escalation of consumer contacts to supervisor and others as appropriate.
• Organizes and maintains files and records.
• Performs general administrative support and other duties as assigned.

• Related order processing and excellent customer service experience in a business office environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
