Blaymires Recruitment is representing an established and highly respected building contractor based near Ferndown, Dorset, who is looking to appoint a Construction Manager.

The company has been operating for over 15 years and has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out and extension projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Construction Manager capable of taking day-to-day ownership of a complex £5m leisure transformation project.

The ideal candidate will be either a Contracts Manager or Project Manager who has experience in managing commercial projects ranging between £3M to £8M.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Construction Manager who enjoys being close to the detail of project delivery. You will join a supportive and experienced team, with genuine scope to develop your career within the business over the long term.

The Initial Project

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a £5m transformation programme on a live, operational leisure site. The project incorporates:
