You will work with our Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to resolve issues, provide updates and secure positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will handle delivery status inquiries, supply Proof of Delivery, investigate missing parcels and resolve disputes, while delivering exceptional service.
