Position: Home Care Assistant (Permanent)
We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Home Care Assistant to join an award-winning care team.

No experience required – they can provide a comprehensive training programme with an in-house mentor.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be covering Ferndown, and some of these following areas, West Parley, Longham, St Leonards, Verwood.

About the Home Care Assistant role:
You’ll support older and vulnerable adults in their own home with:

Personal care, like washing and dressing
Meal preparation and hydration
Medication prompts
Mobility support and wellbeing checks
Companionship and conversation (sharing special moments)
Light household tasks and errands
Encouraging social engagement and independence

About you
Requirements

You’ll be kind, patient, reliable, and if you have a good sense of humour, this helps!
UK driving licence and access to a car are essential
A good command of English, and a positive attitude
Right to work in the UK
Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS (we’ll help with this)
No experience needed – you’ll complete a fully paid, training programme with an in-house mentor
