Home Care Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Home Care Assistant to join an award-winning care team.

No experience required – they can provide a comprehensive training programme with an in-house mentor.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be covering Ferndown, West Parley, Longham, St Leonards and Verwood.

• Personal care, like washing and dressing
• Meal preparation and hydration
• Medication prompts
• Mobility support and wellbeing checks
• Companionship and conversation (sharing special moments)
• Light household tasks and errands
• Encouraging social engagement and independence

• Paid travel time and mileage between visits

• Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS (we’ll help with this)
• No experience needed – you’ll complete a fully paid, training programme with an in-house mentor
