Position: CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Permanent)
CNC Turner | Ferndown | £22 per hour

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:

Programming and setting CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
Creating programs and setup sheets for first-off production
Manufacturing tooling as required and following planning routings
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes
Ensuring quality, safety, and precision across all workshop practices
As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:

Minimum 7 years’ CNC turning experience (time-served or equivalent)
Strong Fanuc programming capability
Solid understanding of workshop practices and engineering fundamentals
Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
Background in aerospace or similar precision engineering environment (preferred)
Keen to learn and self-motivated with a positive attitude
