Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled CNC Turner for a permanent night shift in Ferndown. You will programme, set and operate Mazak turning centres, producing precision components to tight tolerances using Mazatrol and ISO G-code.
The role offers a 4-day week, 8:30pm–7:00am, with 5S housekeeping and a death-in-service benefit. You’ll run Mazak Quick Turn/Nexus/Smooth/Integrex with a strong focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
