• Operate multiple grinding machines or a single complex production setup
• Work from drawings, process control documents and standard operating procedures
• Manufacture parts to strict production schedules and timescales
• Flag any tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

As a CNC Grinder, your experience will include:

• Proven experience in CNC grinding
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer literacy for data entry
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
