Holt Engineering in Ferndown is seeking an experienced CNC Turner (Setter/Programmer) to join an established Dorset manufacturing environment. You will set and program Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components from engineering drawings.
The role includes setting tooling, offsets, reading drawings, and making adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Overtime is available at 1.5x and the position is permanent.
