: this role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part‑time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.
To provide expert advice, guidance and support to the Quality Assurance Development Unit, and Learning & Development to support the needs of the Strategic Alliance Governance and Design function.
This role involves assessment of candidates through the current NPPF Step 4 process, this is for both the Sergeant and Inspector ranks. This also involves management of the quality assurance process for the programme, liaising with external assessors. This role will include the development and implementation of the SIPP for these ranks when the College of Policing transition to this. Occupational competence is required for the work‑based assessment of these ranks.
