Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll take ownership of customer relationships and help drive business growth through proactive communication and account management:

Build strong relationships with customers and manage sales accounts

Research and contact new business leads, and re-engage dormant clients

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Office systems

Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams

Maintain accurate CRM records and plan customer visits

Stay up to date with product information and competitor activity

Provide flexible support across day-to-day sales operations

Strong IT and numerical skills with great attention to detail

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and video platforms

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience in a product-based, plumbing, or pipework environment is an advantage-but full product training is provided
