Protection Adviser – Ferndown - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Protection Adviser to join a growing and well-established financial services firm based in Ferndown.

This role is ideal for a protection specialist who wants to focus purely on protection advice within a supportive, high-growth office environment.

You will be joining a busy and expanding office currently made up of:

• 6 Mortgage Advisers
• 1 Financial Adviser
• 3 Administrators

The mortgage team generates minimal protection business, creating a strong opportunity for a dedicated adviser to take ownership of protection referrals and develop this area of the business.

• Provide advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and related products
• Manage protection referrals and existing client opportunities
• Deliver compliant, client-focused advice
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal advisers
• Contribute to the growth of the protection proposition within the office

• Basic salary: £35,000
• 15% commission on all policies written (uncapped)
• All business written on a non-indemnity basis
  , with commission paid on income received annually
• Business plan target of 350 protection cases per year
• Average commission of £1,000 per case

• Proven experience advising on protection products
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment
