Dorset Council is seeking a Family Help Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Teams across four localities in Dorset. You will work within integrated locality teams, delivering assessments that drive measurable change and ensure children’s lived experiences shape planning.
We support both newly qualified and experienced practitioners, with ASYE progression for graduates and opportunities for statutory practice, court work, and strong multi-agency collaboration.
