Part Time Community Health Worker Position

In this part-time position, you will collaborate with Nurses and LPNs to assist clients with daily living activities and promote independence.

Your role will involve providing personal care, conducting household tasks, and monitoring clients' health status. This position requires a dedicated individual ready for diverse shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal care such as grooming and bathing

• Support household upkeep and safety

• Assist in meal preparation based on plans

• Aid in mobility and client transfers

• Observe and report behavioral changes

Requirements:

• Experience providing personal care services

• Flexibility for rotating shifts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Dedication to enhancing client independence

• Completion of health care training or education
