Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Registered Apprenticeship certificate. Responsibilities include operating woodworking machines and instructing apprentices, alongside attention to detail and manual dexterity essential for shaping wood components. You will benefit from a collaborative work environment while mastering custom cabinet production and furniture remodeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machines for precise cutting

• Prepare specifications for custom-made cabinets

• Instruct and mentor apprentices on techniques

• Study plans and specifications for production

• Apply stains, veneer, and finishes to products

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of woodworking experience

• Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent

• Cabinetmaker or Joiner Trade Certification

• Willingness to relocate if necessary

• Strong communication and organizational skills
