Specific Job Requirements

• Evaluates and improves plant processes to increase reliability, improves production rates, increases efficiencies, and reduces costs.
• Troubleshoots plant process issues.
• Develops innovative solutions to problems.
• Prepares samples for analysis.
• Collects, records and transcribes data.
• Show results in reports.
• Develops and implements systems that optimize plant systems.
• Advises on corrective actions.
• Develops Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Works closely with staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
