The Director of Payer Relations & Managed Care Contracting – Healthcare Administration will report to senior executive leadership and receive support from finance, revenue cycle, legal, compliance, analytics, and clinical operations teams. Responsibilities will include negotiating and administering payer agreements, developing managed care strategy, analyzing reimbursement trends, maintaining regulatory compliance, strengthening payer relationships, and optimizing contract performance alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative leaders.
