What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. Guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Wednesday - Sunday, 3:00AM to 11:30AM (occasional overtime)
Pay: $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward
• Rotate products to ensure quality, following FIFO system
• Build displays and promotional items as per instructions
• Utilize technology and applications throughout the day
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas safely and organized
• Prepare credited products for return daily
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle for store travel; business use vehicle insurance required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
