Geotab is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist for a 12-month contract in Ferrara, Italy. This full-time role will focus on delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for SMB customers, ensuring rapid adoption and value realization of Geotab’s solutions.
You will conduct onboarding calls, document customer objectives, and build relationships during the onboarding phase. Exceptional fluency in English and Italian is required, along with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
