Sales Director - Powertrain

Main tasks:

Outlining the Company's commercial strategy and, in coordination with the General Management and all the Directors, assume responsibility for the combined commercial performance across the Company's business and product lines;
Training, counseling and monitoring the performance of all sales people;
Serving as a point of reference for Clients and Prospects, through constant contacts and frequent travels - both within Italy and internationally (worldwide);
Directing sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs;
Establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit;
Monitoring Sales and KAM productivity and performances;
Reviewing market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, volume potential and new targets to be acquired;
Serving as link between Sales department and other departments.
