The Member Services Representative will create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Greet members, prospective members, and guests, answering phones, checking members into the system, handling new member sign‑ups, touring prospective members, updating member accounts, addressing member questions and concerns, and maintaining the club’s cleanliness and neatness.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, facilitating new member sign‑ups, taking prospective members on tours, and updating member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability required.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated diplomacy in all interactions using appropriate behavior and language.
• CPR certification required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional encounter with toxic chemicals during shift.
