Farmington PT - Physical Therapist - Part Time

Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral, standards of treatment, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy Licensure:
Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice

Certifications:

Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.

Preferred Experience:

Six months to one year experience is preferred. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients

Skills and Abilities:

Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a diverse number and types of diagnoses. Working Conditions, Mental and

Patient care may include heavy lifting and extensive bending and standing. Must demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities.
