Provides social work services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Location:

Mercy Hospital Jefferson, 1400 US Highway 61, Festus, MO 63028. Shift/

Schedule:

Part-Time Days.

• Education:
  
  Master's degree in Social Work.
• Experience:
  
  0-2 years' experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Preferred Licensure: LMSW or LCSW in the state of Missouri.
• Other Skills & Knowledge:
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentiality.
