Role: RN/GN for the Medical A unit, providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct bedside nursing care, including patient assessments.
- Administer medications and provide IV therapy.
- Perform wound care and support effective recovery.
- Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate next steps.
- Document accurately and thoroughly in the EHR.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and teamwork.
- Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse with readiness for adult medical care.
- Strong clinical skills in assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care.
- Excellent documentation and EHR proficiency.
- Commitment to safety, infection prevention, and patient-centered communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
