• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on the value to all customers.
• Conduct in‑store conversations with customers seeking to learn more about products and services.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Meet and exceed retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and development meetings.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, and grants.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds; frequent standing required.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
