Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino’s Pizza location in Festus, United States! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
  • Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
  • Contribute to achieving store performance targets and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to improve overall store efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to lead and develop people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred but not required
