Vava Cars'ta Müşteri Merkezi Yöneticisi arıyoruz. Pozisyon, müşteri süreçlerini koordine ederken satış, pazarlama ve operasyon ekipleriyle yakın çalışmayı içerir. İyi iletişimci olmak ve müşterilerle güvene dayalı ilişkiler kurmak temel gerekliliktir.
Sorumluluklar arasında randevu ve ödeme süreçlerini izlemek, müşteriye özel ilgi göstermek ve SOP'leri uygulamak yer alır. Fethiye lokasyonunda bulunacak ekibiyle birlikte, sahada etkili iş geliştirme önerileri sunabilecek proaktif bir ekip arkadaşı
