Retail Operations and Sales Manager

As we continue to expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a commercially driven Retail Operations & Sales Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales performance, and build scalable retail systems for future growth.

This is more than an operations role—it is an opportunity to build, improve, and scale a growing retail organization.

As Retail Operations & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of all existing stores while leading the operational execution of new store openings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales growth, profitability, and commercial performance across all stores
• Monitoring and improving retail KPIs through data-driven decision-making
• Developing and standardizing store operating procedures
• Leading store audits and ensuring operational excellence
• Managing new store opening projects from planning through launch
• Improving customer experience and in-store execution
• Coaching, developing, and performance managing Store Managers
• Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, and Quality teams
• Building reporting dashboards and leveraging ERP systems to improve operational visibility
• Identifying market opportunities and contributing to Servet's retail expansion strategy

We are seeking a leader who combines strong commercial acumen with operational discipline.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in chain retail
• At least 5 years of multi-store management experience
• Proven experience leading new store opening projects
• Strong background in retail KPI management and performance improvement
• Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Logo, or similar)
• Advanced Excel and analytical reporting skills
