Senior Accountant in Leadership Development Program
This position is with Focus Search LLC, recruiting for a Senior Accountant role within a Leadership Development Program for a national waste management company with offices in the South Sound area.
Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Analyze variances and conduct rate analysis.
- Forecast financial data and manage accounting data flow.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
- Participate in budgeting processes.
- Work closely with Accounting leadership to oversee multiple locations.
- Train non-financial personnel and communicate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in public accounting.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
