** Administer and manage operations of Field Service, reconfiguration, distribution and other departments required in a regional facility and satellites by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees in coordination with direct Managers & Regional Director

* Essential Job Functions:

* · Coordinates field service operations in accordance with company policies and principles to facilitate installing, converting, servicing and maintaining product in the field.
· Communicates and visits with customers and internal departments to evaluate and promote first-in-class customer support in service area.
· Could Perform Site Visits and Ride-Alongs with service personnel
· Assist with develop and evaluate training for personnel.
· Develop and implement operational processes.
· Identify Field Service challenges and help develop solutions in coordination with direct managers.
· Develops and recommends plans for efficient use of company resources.
· Coach, mentor and lead by example all personnel reporting to the position.
· Responsible for proper monitoring and inventory of company assets within area of responsibility.
· Evaluates labor requirements recommends adjustments as needed within budget requirements.
· Ensures timely product reconfiguration and installation schedules by coordinating the sales order process through support departments and customer interaction.# Qualifications

** High School diploma; A/A, technical school or equivalent work experience

* Experience:

** A minimum of two years of experience in Field Service.  
** Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:*
* · Ability to manage field operations.
· Must be innovative, forward thinking and flexible.
· Proven ability to manage personnel in a service operations environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and customer service orientation.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Accomplished PC skills including MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet. Oracle ERP skills a plus; any ERP experience a plus.
· Keen understanding of Gaming Devices & Associated Equipment.
· Ability and willingness to travel on short notice.
