Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Supervise HR staff and oversee daily department operations.
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate HR team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Walk the floor to engage employees, address concerns, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Resolve employee conflicts and provide guidance on appropriate resolutions.
- Facilitate employee training sessions on safety, performance, and workplace conduct.
- Manage workers’ compensation claims, reports, and light‑duty assignments.
- Lead recruiting efforts, including staffing agency coordination and contract negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and required recordkeeping.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, life insurance, and leave policies.
- Develop and deliver new‑hire orientations to support company culture and goals.
- Conduct wage surveys, prepare reports, and recommend competitive pay structures.
- Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Develop employee engagement and retention strategies to improve morale.
- Draft memos and maintain internal HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on workers’ compensation, employee relations, and training facilitation.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state HR regulations, including workers’ compensation.
- Experience with developing and facilitating training programs.
- Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and office applications.
- Ability to solve practical HR issues and effectively communicate policies and procedures.
