We're seeking a dedicated CNC Field Service Engineer to deliver top-tier installation, maintenance, and repair services to our valued customers across the state. • 2+ years as a Field Service Engineer or Technician working with CNC Machines. (Working with Makino, YCM, Fanuc preferrable).
• Knowledge of CNC programming, PLC's, servo drives, and control systems.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics and use diagnostic tools.

• Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC Machine Tools, including diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers.
• Provide training and technical support to clients, ensuring optimal machine performance and safety.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and recommendations in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities and continuous improvements.
• Adhere to company and industry safety standards.
• Travel within Oregon and occasionally beyond to customer sites.

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license.
• Must have a US Passport or equivalent.
• Must have your own reliable transportation and willing to travel local / regional.
• Must be able to safely lift to 50lbs.

• Competitive Salary : $80,000 - $100,000.+ (DOE) In addition, performance bonuses and overtime pay.
