We're seeking a dedicated CNC Field Service Engineer to deliver top-tier installation, maintenance, and repair services to our valued customers across the state. Qualifiedapplicants should know / experience in :
- 2+ years as a Field Service Engineer or Technician working with CNC Machines. (Working with Makino, YCM, Fanuc preferrable).
- Knowledge of CNC programming, PLC's, servo drives, and control systems.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics and use diagnostic tools.
- Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC Machine Tools, including diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers.
- Provide training and technical support to clients, ensuring optimal machine performance and safety.
- Document service activities, parts usage, and recommendations in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities and continuous improvements.
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards.
- Travel within Oregon and occasionally beyond to customer sites.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license.
- Must have a US Passport or equivalent.
- Must have your own reliable transportation and willing to travel local / regional.
- Must be able to safely lift to 50lbs.
- Competitive Salary : $80,000 - $100,000.+ (DOE) In addition, performance bonuses and overtime pay.
