BPI Medical (Fife, Washington) is seeking an

ASAP

on-site contract CNC Programmer

for a

90-day

assignment ( 8-hour shift; OT available; travel/per diem available ). We manufacture

orthopedic and spinal medical devices

in

Titanium / CoCr / Stainless

and need a programmer who can take work from

print → program → proven process , partnering closely with the floor to deliver safe, stable production.

Non-negotiables

Hands-on 5-axis VMC programming + prove out support

(simultaneous 5-axis strongly preferred)

Matsuura MX-520 experience strongly preferred

Strong programming competence for

Haas mills + Haas lathe

Comfortable machining

Ti / CoCr / SS

in a quality-driven environment

Floor execution strength: safe run-up, collision avoidance, offsets/tool comp, probing strategy (as applicable)

Nice to have

programming experience (or similar turning center)

What success looks like

Programs released cleanly and supported through prove out; stable production handoff

Setup sheets/tool lists/offset strategy documented and revision-controlled

Cycle-time, tool life, and process stability improved where practical
