Position: Registered Nurse
Job Type: Part-Time / Non-Exempt
Shift Details: Sunday and Monday / 7:00pm-7:30am
Work Location: Evaluation & Treatment Center - Fife, Washington
Salary/Hourly Wage: $50.00 - $55.00/hour

Summary of Job:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position oversees the medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served. The RN position also services as a clinical liaison for designated individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Care & Advocacy:
- Coordinates services with various public and private community health, mental health and social service agencies to ensure appropriate services for individuals.
- Assists individuals with preparation and recording of the service planning process.
- Conducts assessments and treatment plans.
- Provides individual and family counseling.
- Participates in the development of educational curriculum.
- Supervises and/or provides nursing treatment and monitoring, such as diabetes and blood pressure.
- Responds to crisis calls for assessment and pertinent intervention as needed.
- Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
- Compliance &
Risk Management:- Administers medication as required by protocol.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Cross Functional
Collaboration:- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.

Job Requirements:
- Education/Licenses:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Valid and current state‑specific Nursing license (Compact licensure preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
