Compensation Pay Range: $16.66 - $23.00 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses or premiums, which vary depending on circumstances such as schedule, season, or work performed.

The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently, handle C.O.D. payments, and collect customer returns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Operate company vehicles for deliveries, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Use fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update vehicle info.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies.
• Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues or needs to management.
• Report vehicle issues or damages immediately.
• Ensure vehicle is fueled, locked, and secured at day's end.
• Follow clock-in/out policies.
• Perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and errands as needed.
• Assist customers or serve as cashier when required.

Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences, strong communication skills, adaptability to changing situations, valid driver's license, and a driving record meeting company standards.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ability to operate store equipment, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
