We are looking for an Experienced RV Parts Specialist who knows the parts world inside and out — and who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you love solving problems, enjoy helping people, and can talk RV components without Googling every other word… you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
This role is a blend of customer service, technical knowledge, organization, and teamwork — with plenty of opportunities to shine.
Requirements What You’ll Do- Help customers identify and purchase the RV parts and accessories they need — from “I know exactly what I want” to “I have no idea what this thing is called but it’s broken.”
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shelves stay stocked and organized.
- Process orders, returns, special requests, and vendor sourcing with efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to support repair timelines.
- Communicate with vendors to order parts and manage incoming deliveries.
- Keep the Parts Department clean, organized, and operating at Johnson RV’s high standards.
- Share product knowledge, technical insights, and guidance with customers and internal teams.
- 2+ years of experience in RV or automotive parts.
- Strong working knowledge of RV components, systems, and accessories.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with strong communication skills.
- Comfort with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail, multitasking superpowers, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
