Security Flex Officer –

Location:

Northern Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue, Renton, Everett, Fire, Auburn. Rate: $23.50/hr open availability and ability to travel to various sites. The function of a Flex Officer is to assist in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, etc., with schedules and location assignments varying week to week.

Position Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• Must interact with a wide range of individuals professionally
• Must be able to work any time of day and weekends
• Comfortable performing multiple security duties (foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, standing posts)
• Must be highly adaptable
• Must have reliable transportation

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
