What You’ll Do

• Precision Diagnostics & Repair: Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs to Porsche manufacturer standards
• Full System Expertise: Work across major systems, including:
  • Powertrain (engine & transmission)
  • Suspension & steering
  • Braking systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Climate control
• Shop Leadership: Support junior techs when needed and contribute to a professional, respectful shop culture
• Collaboration: Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to support efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Quality Commitment: Ensure every repair meets Porsche’s performance, safety, and reliability expectations

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a professional automotive technician
• Porsche or European brand experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair accuracy

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
• Porsche Silver or Gold certified preferred
