### Pay and Schedule
* Starting Pay: $35.00–$35.50 per hour

* Schedule:

Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays as needed### ### Why You’ll Love This Job This is more than just driving—it’s an active, challenging role where you’ll:
* Operate manual transmission roll-off trucks (10, 13, or 18-speed)
* Climb in and out of your truck multiple times per day
* Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Deliver excellent service while representing a company known for safety and integrity### ### Responsibilities
* Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes
* Use a tablet to manage routes, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs
* Pick up and deliver containers to customer sites and disposal facilities
* Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
* Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
* Interact professionally with customers and dispatch
* Maintain safe driving practices at all times under Drive Cam monitoring### ### Physical & Working Conditions
* Frequent climbing in and out of the cab
* Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling—objects over 50 lbs
* Exposure to outdoor elements year-round
* Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise
* Must follow strict safety protocols at all times### ###

Minimum Requirements
* Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
* Manual transmission experience (10, 13, or 18-speed) required
* At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
