Peace Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build residential development in Fife . A competitive rate of pay is on offer DoE on an ongoing contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager whos comfortable managing paperwork and being out on site working with subcontractors. ??

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Manage project schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep the site running smoothly Carry out regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality Implement effective time management strategies to maximise on-site productivity ? Requirements & Skills Proven experience on residential new-build projects
