BPI Medical is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department and drive performance across the team. You will develop policy, manage KPIs, and coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities nationwide to ensure timely, accurate service.
The role requires at least three years of fast-paced customer service leadership, proficiency with MS Office and MRP/ERP systems, and a valid driver’s license.
