Mi Windows And Doors in Fife is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead a fabrication team. The role oversees staffing, safety, quality, and on-time delivery, with shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, plus overtime and occasional Saturdays.
You will drive continuous improvement using LEAN methods, manage training and coaching, and partner with leadership to control costs and back-orders.
