We are seeking experienced, factory‑trained Helicopter A&P Mechanics to join our team in Fillmore, California.

$62,400 – $104,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Perform inspections in compliance with FAR Part 145.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Execute sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications.
• Overhaul or repair major components.
• Approve aircraft for return to service following maintenance.

• FAA A&P license with IA or ability to obtain IA within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with Bell, Airbus, Enstrom, Leonardo, MD, Robinson, Rolls Royce, Safran Engines, Schweizer, or Sikorsky helicopters.
• Must own a full set of mechanic tools.
• Strong technical, mechanical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and technical documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately and on time.

Experience with turbine‑powered helicopters, including:

• Airbus : EC120/H120, AS350/H125, EC130/H130, and others.
• Bell : 205, 206, 407, 412, and more.
• MD Helicopters : 500, 600, 900 Series.
• Robinson : R22, R44, R66.
• Rolls Royce : RR250 & RR300 engines.
• Sikorsky : S‑76.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal and composite fabrication.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
